The site was downtown San Luis Obispo. Art Deco style connects to the Fremont Theater and nearby government center.

Design Build

These images are from a Design-Build competition that was part of a Construction Management course I took during winter quarter 2006. My group included several construction management majors, a city regional planning major, and myself, an architecture major. The project was a Hotel/Conference Center, Alumni and Faculty club, and a Continuing Education Center on the Cal Poly Campus.
